The apartment was new with location really close to metro and train station. I was in a reasonably spacious room with private bathroom and slept amazingly well.

The apartment was new, had brilliant location just next door to Park Lane, two tube stations, and metro and train. Had early check in, we loved it. The staff was pleasant throughout the stay and with a special Request on BOOKING APP.

Convenient location near major transportation and popular attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Limited noise from traffic. Clean and hot showers.

Very tiny double room. Not enough space for two adults plus cases. No,lift! beware with heavy cases. Reasonable location but not value for money.

Convenient location near Hyde Park and Paddington station. Room had a pleasant view of a leafy street and could open windows wide. Friendly staff. Good selection of TV channels.
Felt completely relaxed, with everything taken care of.

No lifts. Climbing up steep stairs can be hazardous with heavy luggage. They charge for luggage storage even for a few hours! Staff well trained in being high handed with lodgers when dealing with complaints. Internet service exorbitant and erratic quality on higher floors.
